Zumu

We’re pleased to announce Mt Vic Dojo have joined Zumu!!!  Zumu are an Australian company who help people like us manage big clubs like ours! 

What does that mean for members? 

Zumu will take over all our billing so we can concentrate on delivering great classes and other good stuff we’ve been dreaming of for years… resources… events… coaching! 

On the billing side of things, we expect you will enjoy a far more professional service from the team at Zumu than you currently get from us!  For some members there will be small increases in fees and/or changes to monthly billing vs. fortnightly.  This is because Zumu have a minimum transaction value.  However, none of the changes will be exhorbitant and we’re confident you’ll find it’s worth it for the improved service all ’round.  Zumu specialise in martial arts schools and will also be helping us with coaching and resources so we can deliver better service. 

ALL members will be sent details immediately we have them (within the next month).  Until then Chris doesn’t have answers to specific questions so your best bet is to keep an eye on this website!    If your email or mailing address has changed in the last wee while and you haven’t updated us now is a good time!  Please email Chris any changes: chris@mtvicdojo.org.nz.
