MAIN COURSE SELECTION
* Beef medallion served on a potato galette with onion marmalade
* Herb crusted salmon served on a risotto cake with fennel
SIDE DISH SELECTION
* Lyonnaise potatoes sautéed with fresh herbs and scallions (v)
* Sautéed green vegetables with sesame and scallions (v)
SALADS
* Orechiette pasta salad with roasted bell peppers, spicy sausage & tomato & herb salsa
* Baby lettuce leaves combined with nuts, seeds & herbs with olive oil & balsamic vinegar, honey & mustard or French herb dressings (v)
* Vegetarian Nicoise Salad: tomatoes, beans, olives & capsicums with a parmesan dressing (v)
* Kernel salad of baby corn, fava bean, & sugar snaps (v)
DESSERTS
* Chocolate mousse gateaux with shaved bitter chocolate
