Welcome and basics with the Shihans Eguchi, Takiwa, Terris and Gower followed by street self defence with Shihan Terris.
Saturday 9am (All age groups)
Morning session with Shihan Chris (learning a few new things and brushing up for the demo)
Saturday 10.30-11am (All age groups)
Demonstration on Mt Vic
Saturday 11am-12am
Early Lunch break
Saturday Midday

Yus!

New School Holiday Program!

Planning ahead!  We have a new holiday program for kids aged 6-10years.  Being working parents ourselves our program is as much about convenience for working mums and dads as it is about keeping the kids active and entertained!
